Our approach
A commercial floor is an investment that has to perform for years, so our process is built around getting the specification right for the actual use of the space:
- Assess the substrate. We look at the existing slab — its condition, moisture, level and strength — because no finish outlasts the surface beneath it.
- Specify for the load. Forklift traffic, racking point loads, footfall, spillages and cleaning regime all change what the floor needs to be.
- Prepare properly. Surface preparation — grinding, shot blasting, moisture testing — is what decides whether a coating or screed bonds and lasts.
- Install to the agreed finish. The right system, laid to the right tolerance and finish, with joints planned around the traffic.
What we will not do
We will not invent qualifications, accreditations, guarantees, customer numbers or reviews. Where a claim cannot be made accurately, we leave it out. If a floor cannot be saved by repair, we say so rather than selling a fix that will not last.
